Terms of Service

Please do not use my art for commercial use or store merchandise, I will open merchandise commissions in the future, but if I do not give you permission, please don't do it.
This includes:

  • Art/Graphics used for stores

  • Promotional Material: CD covers, album covers etc.

  • Having my art on ad-supported websites

No Refunds after first draft is confirmed.

  • original characters

  • real people

  • fanart(video games, etc)

  • painting

  • social media banner

  • nsfw/ r-18 / fetish art

  • furries

  • mech/robots

  • description only ocs(provide references please)

  • different artstyle

  • anything i'm uncomfortable with

  • lineart

I will not work with anyone who supports NFTs nor will I allow commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs.
You can use my commissioned work for profile pictures, or post your commission given the fact that I am credited.
You are not allowed to claim, copy, edit, trace etc. my artwork without my consent.
I have the right to post your finished commission to any of my social media platforms.(If you are not comfortable with it please tell me beforehand.)

commissioning me means that you agree to my TOS and anything that violates my TOS will be terminated.
